The ITS-FE-B01 is designed to provide safe, clean air for hobbyists, engineers and professionals working with 3D printers, resin printing, as well as powders and acrylics in nail salons. Its high-efficiency filtration captures fumes, dust and volatile organic compounds (VOCs), keeping the workstation healthier and free from unpleasant odors.
Captures harmful fumes and fine dust
The three-stage filtration system effectively handles both visible dust and invisible chemical fumes:
Chemical fumes: acetone, formaldehyde, toluene, benzene, MMA (monomer) and other VOCs
Dust and fine particles: acrylic dust, gel residue, filing particles from e-files, and airborne particles
Source capture: removes contaminants directly where they are generated, before they can reach the respiratory system
Advanced Three-Stage Filtration — 99.97% Efficiency
Pre-filter – captures larger dust and particulate matter, protecting the subsequent filtration layers.
H13 HEPA filter (MERV 17) – captures the finest particles down to 0.3 µm with 99.97% efficiency.
Activated carbon filter (coconut-shell carbon) – neutralizes harmful gases and unpleasant odors at the molecular level.
Compact, Mobile and Quiet
Despite its high power, the unit operates at below 60 dB, so it does not disrupt work in a home workshop, maker space or nail studio. An airflow rate of 330 m³/h (194 CFM) ensures effective removal of smoke and dust, while the compact design allows the extractor to be placed even in limited spaces. As a closed-loop system, it does not require external ventilation, making it suitable for apartments, salons and small studios.
