In high-volume production, every screw joint must be tightened consistently, whether it is the first or the ten-thousandth unit produced during a shift. Our industrial brushless electric screwdrivers are designed for assembly lines where repeatability, reliability, and production speed are essential.
Adjustable torque with an accuracy of ±3% ensures consistent tightening force in every cycle. This reduces the risk of insufficient tightening, stripped threads, and component damage, ultimately minimizing defective products and customer complaints. The brushless motor delivers stable performance throughout the entire shift, requires no brush replacement, and maintains its performance over a long service life. The 30 V controller-powered system ensures consistent torque without the performance drops commonly associated with cordless tools.
Each set includes a screwdriver, controller, connecting cable, and screwdriver bits, allowing the assembly workstation to be put into operation immediately upon delivery.
The lightweight BS-01 and BS-02 models are ideal for high-volume assembly of electronics, PCBs, and small mechanical components, where operators perform hundreds of fastening operations per shift. The BS-03 is a versatile tool for assembling enclosures, household appliance components, and automotive parts. The BS-04 and BS-05 are designed for larger screws and higher torque requirements in the assembly of automotive components, structural assemblies, and industrial equipment.
